Lulu’s Bell sleeve Dot Dress

elegant dark navy and white polka dot wrap dress w/ ruffle sleeves v-neckline and super cute hem. this is a vintage/classy dress for an elegant girl. i loved wearing this. US size S/XS (for reference I am XS) Brand: Lulus Condition: mint condition. if there are any scuffs they are barely noticeable. couldn’t find anything except for the clothing tag inside that has some pink marker.
