Lululemon vintage running shorts Sz 8 black

This is a pair of Lululemon running shorts pretty sure size 8, when placed on top of another pair of Lulu Sz 8 they are almost identical in size. I could not find a size dot to confirm this. This pair has been heavily worn. Has piling and the logo has some cracking on it. I would rate this maybe good used condition? See photos please.
