Lululemon speed up hr short 4” Lined. I CUT THE LINER OUT

I just purchased these online and got them in the mail. I cut the liner out, wore them once and they ride up on my thighs. Makes them too short on me. THEY LOOK DISCOLORED IN PICTURE BUT THEY ARE NOT
