Stretchy nylon/Lycra/Spandex blend. 4.5” slits on leg with reflective accents. Size 4. EUC. Measurements in pics: Waist flat 12.5", Rise 8", Inseam 21". Medium rise, kind of like wunder unders but lower rise and more stretch. Hard to find model. Good for workout or in place of jeans.
