lindap226 @jllemanski74 I just escalated to support and asked them to cancel. I get it and appreciate your patience in waiting. This isn’t the normal outcome and i think the holidays is messing up packages. This isn’t the only one and i’m so aggravated. I’ll keep you posted if i get it and if you get it You keep it- Just let me know so i can stop looking for it- lol bec im going to continue to complain to the usps. its ridiculous
