Basically brand new. I have two of the same pair size 8 capris they were both worn maybe one time and the other zero times. I had gotten them for my mom and she doesn’t fit them and says they’re too tight but of course she washed them both and then told me 😅 they both have the side pockets and no flaws! They are also the high waisted. 23’ length ***one left****
