Full on Luxtreme stretchy spandex material, but supportive and fits slightly snug around waist due to compression. Designed for running and training. Features some detailing stitching on the sides and back (see photo) and nice feature is reflective cuff on the ankle if you roll up the cuff for running at night (see photo). No front seam. Excellent condition, no snags tears or stains!
