Used!!! It is size 0. There is some stains only on the inside of the band and hit a wear of fabric on the waistband on the out side but still wearable, see pictures. The measurements from waist is 11.5 inches, from rise is 8.75 inches, and from inseam is 26 inches. Any Questions let me know.
