Usually when you purchase Lulu, it says we made this item for.......I mean is it light weight, for wind, rain? Thanks!

@abrook65 I don’t remember what it said in the description when I bought it, but it is pretty lightweight with a soft inner lining. I believe the outer fabric is good for wearing in the rain (although it doesn’t come with a hood). I hope that helps!
