They only make this in a 21 & 27 inch inseam. I can’t see the full picture of the measurement . Have these been cut off on the bottom or possibly the 27 inch?

@macaly38 honestly, that's a great point. I measured again and they are 25. I bought these from @jpt1 and they labeled them as a men's medium, which is why I bought them. But I am starting to wonder if they are women's because they didn't fit me and Lulu makes 25 inch in women's. I'm going to have my wife try them on and see what she thinks. I'll reply shortly. Thank you for pointing that out!

So, she tried them on, definitely mens. I also posted a picture of the size dot. Maybe they are just an older model.
