The color is Naval Blue (a dark navy blue) with Clear Mint Tonka Stripe undershorts. This style of skirt has three pleats on the back and a flat front. It has a Luxtreme waistband and compression shorts underneath, with a sticky silicone gripper band at the hem so they stay put. There are pockets in the waistband and a zippered pocket on the back.
