Lululemon Open Your Heart reversible long sleeve striped shirt blue

Lululemon “follow your heart” reversible long sleeve shirt. One side is light and dark blue stripes and the other side is solid dark blue. Both sides have lulu emblem on the bottom hem. Also has thumb holes on sleeve cuffs. Good used condition. Not sure what size. Measurements are in the pictures. Best guess would be a medium but please measure yourself before purchasing.
