Two-layered shorts — inside layer is stretchy spandex shorts, outside layer is baggier and a thin/soft moisture-wicking material. The waist is elastic and has a lot of stretch, similar to the spandex shorts liner. Waist measures 11.5 lying flat. Great condition; no detectable flaws. Tag has been removed but I believe these are a Size 2 (in Lululemon - so they fit more like a 0 or XS).
