This Lululemon skirt with attached shorts underneath is gorgeous. There are no tags so please refer to the measurements. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s a size 10. It’s made of stretchy legging-like material for the most part. The ruffles are more like a quick dry cotton blend. Just beautiful.
