I am reposhing as it is too small. The size is 6 but may fit a smaller size. Note the measurements. No pads included but can be inserted. A few loose threads at the neckline but no hole. From neck to bottom 10 inches. Laying flat the bottom band is about 12 1/4 inches. Will stretch an additional inch at least. Top of the strap to the bottom about 13 inches.
