marruhland @tennisgodstef Good Morning! The sleeves are fitted, but not tight like a compression. They are not loose like regular shortsleeved shirts. If the person is lifting a lot and has large muscular upper arms then the sleeves would be tight. Hope this helps. :)

marruhland The sleeve is 6inches wide. Funny, at school conferences I saw a parent wear this shirt like a compression shirt and it looked great. My son wore it loose. It looks nice both ways.
