suzek ...I have a ? you might be able to answr too (I’m having a hard time finding old reviews online). Do the Utopia Multi 25” fit larger than the other color aligns?? I noticed you have most in sz 4, but that pair in sz 2. I’m actually thinking I need to go UP a size but don’t know if I should go up a full size or stick with my normal 4 (too much sitting around for 2 months 🤫). If you have input - thx so much!! If not - then just thx for sharing your collection! :)

ngocnguyen1994 @suzek I’m actually a size 2 in aligns! (That’s what the associate at lululemon told me when I first came there and got measured/fitted) but I usually order size 4 because I have a bigger hip/butt area and I like it just a bit larger for comfort. :) so I just toggle between size 2s and 4s :) not for any particular reason - just what’s available :)

suzek @ngocnguyen1994 thank you for the reply! I think I’m going with a 6 then - they might be more comfortable around my expanding b-e-l-l-y. I read that the fabric on the utopia multi might be a bit thinner too - your answer is very helpful! It IS all about comfort right now (and always actually). THANKS! Be safe out there! :)

ngocnguyen1994 @suzek of course! Btw if you buy patterned aligns, it is true that the fabric feels thinner!! The solid colors are like usual but the patterns I have - utopia, green and black camos, etc - do feel thinner and less softer than the regular solid colors! I don’t see a difference in sizing though... also be careful about sizing up because sometimes I need to pull up my 4s since it’s a teeeeeeny big on waist when I don’t have to do that for the 2s. For your reference, I’m 5 feet and 115 lbs!

ngocnguyen1994 @kristiromo completely different :) graphite purple is more of a cooler toned purple with grey undertones while dusty mauve is much lighter and leans more warm!

ngocnguyen1994 @kristiromo probably a cross between frosted mulberry and purple quartz with maybe the tiniest bit more lavender! I used to have graphite purple and sold it because I preferred other purples more in my collection!

kristiromo @ngocnguyen1994 Closer to frosted mulberry. It hard to compare color when I’m looking only at stock pictures. Sometimes I buy them and I don’t like it in person. 🤗

ngocnguyen1994 @kristiromo yeah that was the case with graphite purple to me. But honestly frosted mulberry is more muted in the beige direction while graphite purple is muted because of grey undertones!

kristiromo @ngocnguyen1994 I have In Movement Tight in purple quartz. I don't have Align in that color. Why does your Align in purple quartz looks different? Is it the lighting or are they just different color? Sorry for so many questions.

ngocnguyen1994 @kristiromo the in movements (everlux) and aligns (nulu) are made of different materials! So they’re going to have color variations! :) and no worries - I’m more than happy to help! In lulu’s range, if it’s not made of the same fabric/material, there will be differences in color even though they are still “purple quartz” :)

ngocnguyen1994 @jansyntc pelt is much more brown than plum shadow! Plum shadow is a deep purple while pelt is a deep purple-brown shade!

smile4657 Hi. I just get the “Darkest Magenta” 25” Aligns from Poshmark. The material doesn’t feel as buttery as my brand new Black Aligns. Does that sound right?

ngocnguyen1994 @smile4657 oh yeah... so lululemon recently (like within the last 6 -ish months?) changed their align fabric slightly. The new aligns now feel more “durable” and pill-resistant BUT it does mean that they’re less soft. There’s a whole post about it on lululemon red DIT if you’ve ever been there! :)

ngocnguyen1994 @smile4657 yes that’s correct. I’ve noticed it a while ago. The new aligns are less soft and buttery like the older ones. I have quite a few aligns - older and the new ones too! It is a noticeable difference but to lululemon it’s an improvement in making the aligns more pull-resistant and lasting longer.

smile4657 @ngocnguyen1994 so the Darkest Magenta has the exact same stitching and design as my new black aligns. And they have the exact same size dot as your Darkest Magnenta. They’re definitely not Wunder under... Maybe they’re fakes? That’s why I was asking... the band around the waist is buttery, but the pants feel rougher. So I have no idea!! And there’s no rip tag. When I wear them, the fit is exactly like my black aligns from the lululemon store. Any ideas?

ngocnguyen1994 @smile4657 hmmm it could be that the previous owner put these aligns in the dryer multiple times. That’s why you should never put aligns in the dryer - they lose their softness. :/ this could be the case unfortunately.
