Lululemon Align Pant 28" , Size 0, tried on but never worn

My daughter ordered these pants, and took the tag off just to try them on and told me later they didn't fit. So I have the tag, and they've never been worn but can't say they are new with tag. Purple pattern, fold-down waist, size 0. More specs are in the cover photo.
