Lulu flouncy long dress

brand new! sz L, navy blue dress with rust floral pattern, with tiered layers in the skirt and sleeves. Side zip, fully lined, slit in front, a bit of a train in the back. neck tie keeps it in place, plunging V neck. Stretch panel at back waist for comfort. I'm 5'2" and it was too long for me. 😢 chiffon with poly lining. hand wash. I should have tried it on before leaving the store.
