Boutique Brand Handmade in the USA. I didn’t return it in time from my shower and baby already too big for it. Super cute design to tie at bottom for a sleep sack that you can also get up there quick for a diaper change. Has the fold over cuffs to keep baby warm and from scratching if that’s of concern to you. Love it just missed the window.
