Lularoe TC Handcuff Leggings! NEW!

Brand new, never worn, without tags Lularoe tall & curvy Leggings. Fits size 12-18. Background is not jet black. I would say more of a very dark Charcoal. Hard to tell it's not black unless it's next to black. Handcuffs all over! Made it Vietnam.
