Lularoe Minnie Mouse Irma top NWOT

Super adorable Lularoe Minnie Mouse top. I purchased this not knowing the measurements so I thought it would be a bit smaller. Please see last picture for measurements. Top is new without tags. It did have tags but when my husband got our suitcase from the spare room closet it caught and tag was accidentally removed. I still have the tag but it is not attached.
