New without tags! This Amelia dress by Lularoe is made from a stretchy crepe fabric. It features a watermelon/salmon bottom and an aqua green top. Pleats at the waist and pockets on both sides! Size xl which I would approximate as a 14-16. Bracelet pictured also in my closet.
