this is a brand new, beautiful navy bouquet Lug railcar crossbody bag. measures 15.5 x 9.75 high by 4 deep. has amazing pockets. the one on front left has a clear pocket and small pocket on front of pocket. also has the dedicated cell phone pocket. I ordered this for a new job and the job fell thru and don't need one of this size.
