Thick cotton, waist was altered to a 13in laying flat. 30in inseam. Got these when L&Y was still standardizing the fit of the Addison hence the smaller than usual fit, I think. There’s also don’t have the elastic sides that the new models have Super high waisted, barrel leg fit and one of my favorites. Sadly too big for me now.
