Lucy Paris striped set

Very stylish, Lucy Paris, red white blue and black long sleeved flared shirt with matching skirt. The top has a cute built-in choker for the neck! Outfit is size small and in perfect condition.. both shirt and skirt have some stretch to them; I’m 5’3 and the skirt falls just to my knees and If you wear it a little higher waisted it would be a touch above the knee
