Please: I'm interested, but wondering about condition. Are there any flaws/issues like holes, stains, tears, thread pulls, pilling, discoloration, etc.? Also, is the waist elastic with a little give? Thank you!

no flaws or damage that I’ve found. I’ve only worn it once. It was too tight in the waist for me. It’s beautiful! No elastic in the waist band. I’m 5’3” 109lbs. My waist is close to 30”.
