scubabess Hey there!! I'm not sure what material as I have cut the inner tag off (they drive me crazy). I don't think it's wool though. It's not particularly warm- loose knit. It is gorgeous though and in perfect condition (other than me cutting that tag off on the inside). From shoulder to waist it measures 24" but can be stretched further when it's wet if needed.
