js21 @mindyfactorial Hi - I obviously made a mistake with the labels and switched them accidentally since you were able to check and see you received the wrong order. I wish you would have commented to let me know so I could fix it rather than open a case as though I wronged you purposefully. You are a seller to and no doubt you will accidentally switch labels at some point, especially since you asked me to delay shipping your items which confused them and I had to make an additional trip to post...

mindyfactorial @js21 hi i completely understand it was a mistake and i didnt mean to imply that you did it purposefully. I opened a case because i know that once items are shipped it is out of your hands and I wasn't sure what the other buyer would do with the items you sent to them. Would they send the items back to you and how would shipping work? I thought maybe poshmark would resolve by sending me and the other buyer labels to exchange our items.

mindyfactorial @js21 i was reading about situations like this on reddit and it seems like they will send me and the other buyer labels to exchange our items. But the only way they can do that is if a case is opened! :)
