Hi what are the measurements please bust and length also what is the fabric blend?

@plmoody I’m going to try again on this one. This seems to be smaller than the other blouse. 42 around the bust. Shoulder to shoulder it is 15 and length from shoulder down is about 26in.
Fabric is 96% viscose and 4% other fiber
