Lucky Brand sweater size medium but runs small

Lucky Brand sweater size medium but runs small I bought this on poshmark and is in great condition but snug across my chest please see description pic for measurements bc I thought this would fit but too tight would lay perfectly over a medium with smaller bust than me, EUC may run small due to wash/dry
