Lucky Brand colorful Top size small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sandart83. Loved it, but now doesn’t fit. Almost sheer, Only issue is a small run on top of left shoulder, see last photo. 36" bust, 54" flare at hem, shoulder to hem measures 27", waist 34". Not stretchy.
