Lucky Brand Stars and Stripes Tank Top

Good pre-owned condition. There are two patches of blue discoloration on the sides as shown in the pictures. There are no holes, rips, or tears. There are lines of square red sequins across the front. Measurements are in the picture. Tag says size small but it seems to run large.
