Lucky Brand Silk Dress

Open shoulder cutouts with ties at the top. On me it fit loose in the top and more fitted in bottom. I washed this before I read the washing instructions, which are dry clean only. I washed in cold water and hung to dry. Didn't effect the fit but I like to be honest about my clothing :)
