Lucky Brand Off The Shoulder Ruffle Top

Super soft blue and white linen look gets reimagined in this off the shoulder top. Features ruffles around the top, gathered sleeves that tie leading into a flowy bell cuff. Complete with adjustable spaghetti straps. This is the flirty upgrade your wardrobe has been dying for. Care and size tags were removed, and I can’t remember the material content, but I did machine wash and dry. One end of each string came out I just left as is but you could easily tuck back in & stitch if it bothers you.
