Hi! Do you know what the elastic waist measurement is without it being stretched out? Or, what the waist measurement is as shown hanging so naturally in the first picture? Also, is the dress see through? It is very cute. The length and armpit measurements will work. I just want to check that it hangs correctly and that my waist is small enough. For reference I am about 5'4" and 135 pounds max.
