Can be worn either way. Great boho piece! 🍀About 22.5" long plus 2" extender. Tassels chains hang about 8" from stone accent. Stone is 1.25" wide x 0.5" long. Lobster clasp. 🍀Very good used condition with a little bit of wear on the stone setting, the tassel caps, and near the clasp. See pictures.
