Brown Pepple Leather. Buckles are adjustable. There is no sizing on boot. I wear a 6.5 to 7.0 Narrow with a high arch and could not get them on. Had to go up a size. There is no zippers. 4 1/2" Heel, 9 3/8" Length, 3" Wide, 10 1/4" Shaft and 13 1/2" Leg Opening. #002
