These boots break my heart! I love them so much but they are a size too small for me & I've tried to squeeze into them one too many times! The shooting star inlay sets them above all other boots. The craftsman ship in the inlay is beautiful! The honey color perfect. They need a good polish and will be lifelong friends! Please buy & enjoy so I can search for some in my size!

Two questions:
1. Are these true to size?
2. Are the vamps fairly snug? (ex: Old Gringo boots for me fit great once I have them on but they are tight getting on due to a narrow vamp)

I'm a 9.5 now and these are too tight so I would think if you are an 8.5 they would fit
