Lucca Couture Strapless Ruffle Dress NWT

Adorable dress by Lucca Couture new with tags.  Looks to be a sample.  No size or fabric tag but seems to be a small and has a rayon type feel.  Strapless with an elastic top.  Ruffle over chest.  Lined.  So cute!  All measurements are approximate and taken flat with elastic not stretched and at rest.Pit to Pit with Elastic not Stretched 12" Waist 17" Hips 23" Length from Shoulder 33" YMI8-7
