What is the waist measurement (lying down and fully stretched)?

@juliabrotman hi, it’s 15” across fully flat and has plenty of stretch to it. I am 31”-32” jeans and it fits great! Stretching it I can easily get it to 20-21” while it’s laying flat. Let me know if that works! Happy Poshing :)
