LuLaRoe cover/cape

Multi-colored (with a bit of shimmer) cover/cape. Basically blue with multi colors where this can be worn with so many other colored outfits. Silver thread gives it a shimmer. I wore with a blue dress as well as a solid shirt and jeans.
