NWT very cute Julia dress with large white graphic X's on blue and has a little stretch. This dress has mid length sleeves, is meant to be fitted and fits at or just above the knee. Sizing tends to run a bit smaller if you have a larger chest or hips otherwise it's fairly true to size. XS fits sizes 0 to 2. The material feels like a soft cotton blend and is made of 96% Polyester & 4% Spandex and measures 18 inches pit to pit. No rips, tears, stains or flaws.
