This dress is incredible!! The golden floral velvet is super-soft, and the mermaid-style body is ultra-feminine and flirty! The ruffle top is stretchy, and can be worn off the shoulder, on, or just on one shoulder! Very versatile and fun! Runs small, so I would say it fits more like an XXS. BNWT, I purchased for myself, but it’s a little more snug-fitting than I like. Gorgeous, gorgeous!! Non-smoking, pet-free home.
