Did not love it & have to resell 😭 Notice:I added a thorough description and the last 5 photos (Disneygurl2u) 💙💙💙💙💙💙 Jacket is supposed to be a size 2x as stated on the collar tag but fits more like a large. I bought it here on Poshmark. The sleeves are tight and the jacket barely fits around my waist. I am so disappointed. I filed a claim but lost. I understand that if items are miss sized, Poshmark doesn’t refund but this jacket is so small on me!. Exact measurements I posted below😟 Measurements Chest-42” Waist-40” Sleeve (around at the elbow)-12” Also, lesson learned-always ask for thorough measurements before purchasing online. I never want to be in this situation ever again. And sorry to the original seller as I stated that it was nothing personal, as you were upset (what about me?!?) but you blocked me. Still, you did not even notice how small it was for a 2X? Really?!? Anyhow, I was so excited when I purchased it as it is a beautiful jacket with elaborate embroidery on the back. Went on the brand’s website to confirm sizing so was confident it would fit me. I was hoping to wear it for my birthday which is coming up but now I am out $32…😕I will be losing some money on this jacket at my asking price so either pay $20 or offer $15 at the lowest if interested please. Poshmark takes 20% of all sales. 💛 Continued below……..🤥 -I will not take less then $15- Do not bundle

disneygurl2u If I was the seller, I would have noticed that obviously the jacket was extremely small for a 2X. I even am selling a vintage Disney Eeyore jacket that is supposedly a 2x but fits more like a 3X so I posted measurements on the listing! Am I the only seller that would do that?!?

disneygurl2u It truly is a lovely jacket and is in overall like new condition. The only thing wrong with it is that it is miss sized. I hope someone finds this listing and falls in love with this jacket and wants to buy it. I want to believe in humanity again and have hope that nothing else I buy for my birthday is a disappointment. 💙

disneygurl2u I am an honest seller by the way. I know the difference between what a 2x and large in a jacket looks like. I would never leave out any information on any clothing item that appears to be miss sized or shrunk. I can see now by experience, honesty is absolutely essential as a seller which includes being thorough as well as looking at the obvious. I want buyers to come back as they feel confident that they will get what they paid for. 🤔

disneygurl2u I certainly never go back to a seller to buy from them if they are not honest with me or/& leave out important information that would have given me a better idea of the item I am buying. Luckily, only 10% of the items I ever bought were not what I expected and were a result of the seller leaving out important information. I would just assume…a note to self…never just assume!

disneygurl2u Funny though that the seller gave me leggings as a gift and so was offended when I filed a claim. I never asked for them. I wanted the jacket. The leggings were a thoughtful gift but I ordered the jacket. But the leggings had nothing to do with the reason for my claim. But she brought up the leggings as if that would make me feel required to accept the purchase along with the a miss sized jacket that was not as I expected. I paid for the jacket and even though like the leggings,

disneygurl2u When a buyer gets a free gift included with the item that they paid for, is there some kind of obligation?!? No, the item the buyer paid for should still be exactly as what was expected regardless. A gift is always nice but not required. I would personally rather get exactly what I pay for and an optional thank you note. 🤔

disneygurl2u To be clear the photos with measurements, I added, not the previous seller, although it would have been helpful if she did. I definitely would have not bought it if I was aware of that. Just sayin’ and perhaps those leggings were her way to make all things seem good? Who knows.

disneygurl2u If a seller will eventually not post measurements if asked, do not take a chance in most cases. I say most cases as if you have bought something from them in the same size, the majority of the clothing is of the same size, or they seem honorable when they state perhaps in their listing that they actually wore it, then there is more confidence in that the sizing would be accurate.

disneygurl2u I STILL THINK THIS WAS A DISHONEST SALE AND THE ORIGINAL SELLER SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST!- Now I have no choice but to resell it. At least I am honest! disneygurl2u Update: It did not matter to have filed a claim, I know that now. I should have just given the seller one star. A year has gone by and I am still selling the mis sized jacket. Disappointed to the max! But hopefully someone here on Poshmark could wear it. I am also selling the leggings which do fit me, but they give me bad vibes. I do not want to wear them and be reminded of this negative experience.

disneygurl2u It has been about 3 years since I bought the jacket. Ever time i go through my inventory, I come by this jacket, it reminds me of how upset I am and what I would NEVER do as a seller, to use caution when buying clothing on Poshmark, and questioning the honesty of sellers. I think Poshmark should allow a little more leeway on their return policy on obvious miss sized clothing. It still upsets me after 3 years!

disneygurl2u 😕Interesting how the seller blocked me, as she won so got her earnings! What was she upset about?!? I was the one who should be upset, NOT HER! - she got her earnings and I was left with a jacket I wanted for my magical birthday that means more then anyone would know as it is a celebration of life- I have been in near death experience due to health complications at least three times in my life- I treasure my birthdays!

disneygurl2u Yes…sigh…the jacket I still have for sale as what else can I do, donate it? Actually it is my crutch as it reminds every time I come across it when looking for other sold items, to be thorough and honest as a seller, to asked for measurements when purchasing clothing on Poshmark, and over all use caution as a buyer. Poshmark does not allow returns if clothing item does not fit as long as collar tag states size. -

disneygurl2u Even when the fact is the majority of clothing sold on Poshmark is used obviously. There can always be the risk that the clothing is miss sized- It can have shrunk (washed in hot water), altered by the previous owner, is a second -outlet type, the manufacturer miss labeled the size tag, or no tags on it at all (previous owner cut off tag or it is handmade) and never listed the measurements assuming it is a certain size. - BEWARE!

disneygurl2u To all buyers here, rules to follow: • be familiar with brand sizing • always ask for measurements and be reluctant on buying from sellers who would not post them • see if the seller is mostly selling items in that particular size • see if the seller is an ambassador or/and has high rating (4.5 or higher), seller is available to communicate wi to you and is willing to answer all your questions in a logical timeframe
