NWT adorable and soft LuLaRoe Azure skirt, which can also be worn as a top or a bathing suit cover-up. The skirt features a wide waist band that can be folded, hits just below the knee. Fabric is textured jersey-like material and has a lot of stretch. 96% Spun Polyester, 4% Spandex. If you're familiar with LuLaRoe sizing, some items run large. This skirt is fairly true to size. Waistband measurement is 24 inches. No rips, tears, stains or flaws.
