@nickjace Hi there, we can't because all the crochet squares that we offer are handcrafted in limited quantities overseas. It would be a long process attempting to find the same (or similar) fabric and crochet thread to create a 18 in. x 18 in square like this and have it shipped here. However, we must inform you that the 12 x 12 size is ideal for a pocket square if that is what you are concerned about. Any larger and it would probably be too bulky for pocketing.
