Low-rise, hip-hugging, sequined fan-skirt.

Skirt is made to wear low on hips, with 31" waist. It is 32" long. Made of 100% cotton, with ombré detail cascading from waist in a light olive hue, into burnt sienna at the bottom. The naturesque scene that appears on the skirt is sprinkled throughout with iridescent sequins. A dancing favorite that I wore twice!!
