cmrussso8 @arleigh9003 I measured each size, the L is 15 from seam to seam and is a big for me and I am a 34 or 36 D. The Small measures 13 from seam to seam, that seems to be a better fit for your size. The cup pads are removable as well which gives more room in the bust area.

cmrussso8 @arleigh9003 I am sorry the Medium measures 13 from seam to seam. I think you would go with a Small with your measurement of 31. I don't have a Small but can get one if you are decide you would like a small. Sorry for the delay in responding!
