tjensen5182 I love the chart it's a good rule of thumb to go by, I've just noticed alot of complaining about low balling ...and if your to make any money out Here you need to look at the positive... they put money on the table if they made an offer...so go get and counter it until you get their ...Some people like to bargin with others and try to get that low ball offer .. don't offended take it as money on the table...that's kinda how this is set up anyway...considering you can do it. love ya all baby😘
